Christopher Levesque, Founder

Chris is a seasoned attorney, executive, strategist, and entrepreneur. He has advised scores of businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators on wide range of matters including corporate strategy, capital raising, operations management, sales, marketing, and communications. He founded, among other ventures, a biotechnology firm for which he served as President and CEO, ran the patent strategy, and secured both angel and venture capital. Chris also has developed numerous metrics and analytical models, conducted negotiations on a wealth of business transactions and licenses, and authored comprehensive business plans and strategies.

Jonathan Kim, Founder

Jonathan is an alternative investment advisor and the founder and principal of the law practice bearing his name. He has over three decades of experience gained in a broad range of investment, legal, and operational management roles in the US and internationally.  He began his career on Wall Street as a corporate attorney and has served as the General Counsel for multiple companies listed on US and foreign exchanges. Jonathan has been a co-founder and advisor to start-up companies in the insurance, healthcare consulting, legal SaaS, and consumer packaged goods sectors. In addition to his investment, legal, and management backgrounds, he has served on numerous boards of directors in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.

Eric Brumfield, Founder

Eric is an accomplished procurement and supply chain practitioner with over 10 years of experience leading complex advisory engagements in a variety of industries.   His expertise is helping clients identify and address strategic and operational supply chain deficiencies. His cross-functional experience includes both regulated and non-regulated industries, including Hospitality & Entertainment, Resource Recovery, High-Tech, Real Estate, Retail, Food (Quick Serve Restaurants – QSR), Healthcare, Electric & Gas Utilities, Water Utilities, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and Environmental Services. Within these industries Eric’s areas of focus include strategic sourcing, procurement & spend analytics, procurement technology implementation, opportunity assessments, contract management, organizational change management, process design & optimization, procurement transformation, operational transition implementation, vendor management, program management and managed services oversight.

BJ Pivonka, Founder

BJ Pivonka is an experienced strategist, marketer, and co-founder with experience in marketing, branding, and finance consulting. He has worked with companies in various industries from sports, to fintech, to direct sales. BJ has created various marketing initiatives, marketing materials, financial models, and operational processes for his clients. He was also the founding member of sports agency that achieved an exit in 2015.
